In these terms and conditions, unless the context specifies otherwise:
1.1. Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd., Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd. is a Manufacturing materials' company with a specialization in Embroideries, located at Homeland City, 517-520, University Rd, opposite J.H. Ambani BRTS Stand, beside SNS Business Park, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India.
1.2. 'Kombee E-Com Hub App' means members' online purchasing, owned, managed and operated by Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd., which will provide goods to the Members
1.3. Member means registered business users who have been enrolled/admitted by Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd. into the application.
1.4. 'Kombee E-Com Hub App Helpdesk' means the service/call for resolving members' queries in connection with or related to Kombee E-Com Hub App.
2.1. Member status and purchase of goods the Kombee E-Com Hub App are offered at the sole discretion of Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd.
2.2. Business users can enroll to become a part of the Kombee E-Com Hub App if they fulfil the program eligibility criteria laid down by Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd, subject to approval from Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd.
2.3. Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify, edit or delete any product and it's price at anytime at its own discretion.
2.4. Any change in the name, address, phone number or other information relating to the member must be notified to Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd helpdesk in writing within 7 days.
2.5. Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to refuse and cancel membership of the business without assigning any reason and without prior notification.
2.6. Membership of the program is valid till such time the app is kept active by Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd. In case the app is terminated the same shall be informed to members via email, one month in advance
2.7. Members permit and authorize Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd and its service partners to use their data for administrative, research and marketing purposes. Data here means members' data collected during their relationship with Kombee E-Com Hub App (this does not include personal data).
2.8. Members are responsible for keeping their personal information associated with their corresponding account up to date including a name, mobile number, city, state by giving their detail in the prescribed format.
3.1. Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to withhold or terminate the membership of a Member if such Member breaches any of the terms and conditions of this program.
3.2. Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change the terms and conditions at any time.
3.3. Nothing herein is intended to or shall be construed as creating or establishing any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd and the member or Service Partners.
3.4. All communication and benefits shall be sent by email or handed over to members at the address existing with Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd. Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd and/or its Service Partners shall not be liable for the failure of any communication to reach the Member, it shall be the responsibility of the Member to inform Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd about any change in address and Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd bears no responsibility for communication lost or not received.
3.5. Members confirm that by participating in this App, they are not in breach of any code of conduct or law pertaining to them nor are they violating breaching any of its obligations by registering under this App.
3.6. The Member acknowledges that it will receive SMS's/Whatsapp update regarding various updates related to order time to time from the Company. The member hereby gives its unconditional consent to Company to send SMS's/Whatsap update regarding various updates/information's related to this order and/or other schemes of the Company.
3.7. Member acknowledge and confirm that Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd is the exclusive owner or licensee of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and copyrighted or copyrightable materials of Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd and other marks shared with its members. The member shall never, directly or indirectly, interfere with, or claim ownership of these trademarks.
3.8. In the event of any dispute in connection with the service and the interpretation of any terms and conditions of this program, Kombee E-Com Hub Pvt. Ltd's decision shall be final and binding. The program shall be governed by the laws of India and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
